Role Overview:
The Tax Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new business by identifying companies requiring tax and accounting services, meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company-generated leads and client enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable tax and accounting solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations (online and in person).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and related compliance services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tax, accounting, business setup, banking, or professional services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Client-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven with strong sales and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
