Role Overview
The Relationship Manager is responsible for selling and managing Smart Zone’s concierge and business support services while delivering a seamless client experience. This role combines sales, relationship management, and service coordination, ensuring clients receive timely, value-driven solutions beyond company setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Smart Zone concierge services to new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable concierge solutions and packages.
- Manage client relationships from inquiry to service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on leads, upsell additional services, and close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales updates in CRM.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Concierge Services Include:
- PRO & visa services coordination
- Bank account opening support
- Accounting, bookkeeping & tax assistance
- Trade license renewals & legal documentation
- Office setup, virtual office, and mail management
- Attestation, licensing, and trademark support
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in business services, consulting, or hospitality.
- Strong sales mindset with ability to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and client-oriented.
- UAE business services experience is a plus.
