Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Supervisor to lead and oversee our marketing initiatives and social media presence across multiple entities. This role blends end-to-end social media management, content creation, and strategic marketing coordination, while also supporting sales efforts and ensuring consistent brand communication.
The ideal candidate is both a creative storyteller and a strategic thinker, capable of managing campaigns from concept to execution, engaging with clients, coordinating across teams, and tracking performance to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and publish engaging content (captions, blogs, reels, videos, infographics) tailored to each entity’s goals and audiences.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to increase engagement and brand reach.
• Manage content calendars, campaigns, and online community interactions (comments, messages, inquiries).
• Track and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
Content Creation & Brand Communication
• Write, edit, and optimize website content, and newsletters to drive brand awareness and SEO visibility.
• Research and produce thought-leadership content aligned with industry trends.
• Coordinate with the creative team to deliver visually appealing designs, videos, and marketing collateral.
• Execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate leads.
Campaigns, Events & Team Coordination
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Supervise the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and event promotions.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing supervision, social media management, and content creation.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills (blogs, campaigns, scripts, social media).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO, email automation).
• Basic knowledge of design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple campaigns.
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging both clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
