Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused, and results-driven Business Setup Manager to guide entrepreneurs and investors through the process of establishing and growing their businesses in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, providing expert consultation on company formation options, and managing the client journey from initial inquiry through successful company incorporation.

This role requires strong consultative sales skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company formation, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and recommend the most suitable business setup solutions.
  • Present and promote Smart Zone’s full range of corporate services, ensuring clients receive tailored recommendations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Follow up with prospects, overcome objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services throughout the client lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and professional guidance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from consultation through company incorporation and handover.
  • Ensure clients are regularly updated throughout the setup process and that expectations are managed effectively.
  • Handle client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.

Company Formation & Advisory

  • Advise clients on UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options.
  • Explain licensing structures, legal entities, visa eligibility, regulatory requirements, and associated government procedures.
  • Guide clients through documentation requirements and ensure submissions are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with internal operations, PRO, compliance, finance, and concierge teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Stay informed about changes in UAE regulations, licensing authorities, and business setup procedures.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Business Setup Advisor: 1–3 years of experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, immigration, or consultative sales.
  • Business Setup Manager: 4+ years of experience in UAE business setup or corporate services, including a proven track record of achieving sales targets and mentoring team members.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business setup procedures.
  • Understanding of UAE immigration processes, licensing regulations, and government authorities.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
